  2. It is important to keep in mind that online leads will usually require more frequent follow-ups and can take longer to transact because they are often uneducated about the buying process.
Your initial contact with a lead is critical to the outcome.
  1. You have a short window to connect with these leads and build rapport and trust.
  2. Make sure you ask questions and express interest in getting to know them personally and understand their motivation for buying.
If you don’t understand how to use your dashboard and its features you are putting yourself at a disadvantage.
  1. Logging into your dashboard and giving us accurate and timely updates will prevent you from getting blocked from receiving leads. Leaving notes does not count as an update, but they are important to help us know how the relationship is going.
  2. Using the 'snooze' feature when you aren’t available to take leads and the 'help with referral' button if you are having trouble connecting with a referral will prevent a negative impact to your performance metrics.
