Ownability: Helping homebuyers see what they can afford

We've just launched an exciting new resource for financial confidence on the consumer Houseful app—Ownability.

Here’s what you should know: Ownability is great for consumers who aren’t ready to get pre-approved but want to better understand what they could afford as they continue to browse for homes. 

Similar to pre-qualification, Ownability helps consumers build a homebuying budget estimate, using basic financial information like their income, down payment and debts. 

But when they save their results, they unlock customized Ownability search features in the Houseful App. These let them automatically filter homes based on their budget and see at a glance what homes are within reach.
