      RBC Mortgage Specialists: Grow your pipeline with Houseful referrals

      Here’s all you need to know about how Houseful works, where Houseful referrals come from, and how to easily nominate COI agents you work closely with to join the Houseful agent network.

      What is Houseful?

      Houseful is a powerful homebuying platform available across most of Canada, offering consumers the tools they need throughout their homeownership journey. Visit houseful.ca, or download the Houseful mobile app on iOS devices, to see all of our product offerings.

      How does Houseful benefit you?

      For mortgage specialists, Houseful connects you with homebuyers and sellers through a variety of referral sources. The referral process becomes even easier when your COI agents join the Houseful agent network. 

      Where do Houseful referrals come from?

      There are four main ways Houseful generates referrals for RBC Mortgage Specialists:

      • Digital Leads - not typically associated with a real estate agent, and appear in C360 as "Houseful (Preapproval)" as the referral subsource:
        • Generated from Houseful.ca
        • Generated from the iOS mobile app
      • Realtor Leads - these appear in C360 as "Houseful (Realtor)" as the referral subsource:
        • Generated from the Houseful call centre
        • Generated directly from the agent within the Houseful agent dashboard

      How can you get the most out of Houseful referrals?

      • Speed to connect: Just like real estate agents, speed to lead is key.  A large portion of these referrals have spoken with our team and have told us that they want to connect with an RBC Mortgage Specialist. Reach out as quickly as possible; they want to speak to you!
      • Having the right mindset: A lot of these referrals may be first time homebuyers and may require a different level of nurturing and follow up compared to other lead sources. Be ready to meet the client where they’re at in their homebuying journey. Consistent effort pays off!

      How can I nominate agents I work closely with to the Houseful agent network? 

      Space is limited as we want to ensure that agents within the program receive a sufficient number of leads. For agents you partner closely with, we encourage you to have them apply at agentapplication.houseful.ca, and have them provide your name when asked if they work with an RBC Mortgage Specialist. This will help ensure that you and the agent(s) onboarded are paired together in our systems, which allows for more clients to be sent your way!
